Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Reception is staffed 24 hours, and luggage storage is free before and after your stay. Guaranteed early check-in and late check-out can be added to any booking for ฿800 each.
Do I pay when I book?ต้องจ่ายเงินตอนจองไหม
No prepayment is required for flexible rates. You confirm the booking online and pay at the hotel on arrival. Bank transfer, PromptPay, and all major cards are accepted.

How do I change or cancel a booking?เปลี่ยนหรือยกเลิกการจองอย่างไร
Open Manage booking, enter your confirmation code and the email you booked with, and you can view or request changes. Flexible rates cancel free until 18:00, 48 hours before arrival.
Are children welcome?เด็กพักได้ไหม
Yes. Children under 6 stay free in the existing bedding and eat breakfast free. Cots, bed rails, bath steps, and bottle warmers are free on request. The kids club is free for in-house guests aged 4-11.
Do you allow pets?นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพักได้ไหม
Small dogs and cats under 10 kg are welcome in Garden and Villa rooms for ฿700 per night. Please tell us at booking so we can assign a suitable room.
Is there parking?มีที่จอดรถไหม
Yes — 90 covered bays under the building, free for in-house guests, with valet at the gate. Two EV chargers (Type 2, 22 kW) are available on a first-come basis.
How is my personal data handled?ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลถูกจัดการอย่างไร
We collect only what a reservation needs and process it under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Contact the resort by phone if you need assistance with your data.
