Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Guests must present a passport or Thai ID at check-in, as required by the Hotel Act. Reception is staffed 24 hours.

Booking terms, in plain words
Cancellation
Flexible rates cancel free until 18:00, 48 hours before arrival; after that one night is charged. No-shows are charged the full first night on every rate.
Payment
Flexible rates are settled at the hotel. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, American Express, PromptPay, and Thai bank transfer. Prices include 7% VAT and 10% service charge.
Children and extra beds
Children under 6 stay free in existing bedding. Children 6-12 are charged ฿900 per night with an extra bed. One cot per room is free. Maximum occupancy per room type is listed on each room page and is enforced by fire regulation.
Pets
Dogs and cats under 10 kg are welcome in Garden and Villa rooms at ฿700 per night, limit one per room. Pets are not permitted in restaurants, the pool deck, the spa, or the fitness studio.
Smoking and damage
The property is entirely non-smoking indoors, including balconies on floors 9 and above. A ฿5,000 deep-cleaning charge applies to smoking in a room. Damage beyond fair wear is charged at replacement cost.
