For a reservation: your name, email, phone number, country, arrival time, stay dates, room and rate chosen, any add-ons, and anything you write in special requests. At check-in, Thai law additionally requires us to record your passport or ID details.
To hold and deliver your reservation (contractual necessity), to meet our obligations under the Hotel Act and tax law (legal obligation), and — only if you tick the box — to send you offers (consent, withdrawable at any time).
Our reservations and front-office teams, our payment processor, and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Reservation records for five years, as required for tax. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Enquiry messages for twelve months after the last reply.
You may request access to your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. Contact the resort by phone for assistance.
The site uses a cookie to remember your language preference. The Location page includes an embedded Google Map, and Google may set cookies or process usage data when the map loads.
